Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Moss Image is an online service that generates images from text prompts and optional reference images, using third-party AI models. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

Credits and Generated Images

• Each generated image costs credits based on its output resolution (1K, 2K or 4K), as shown before you generate.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
• Credits from a monthly plan are valid for 31 days from when they are granted.
• Generated images are stored for 30 days from creation and are then permanently deleted. Download any image you want to keep. Deleted images cannot be recovered.
• Reference images you upload are stored for 7 days and then permanently deleted. Only upload images you have the right to use.
• Anyone who has the direct link to an image file can open it. Do not share links to images you want to keep private.

User Accounts

You sign in with your Google account; we don't store a password for you. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Tell us right away at support@moss-image.app if you notice any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

• Plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance in US dollars through our payment processor, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• A launch discount, when offered, applies to the first payment only; renewals are charged at the regular price shown on the pricing page.
• You can cancel any time from Billing in your account. Your plan and credits stay available until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy: a full refund within 7 days of a payment if none of its credits have been used.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and reference images you submit and, to the extent the law allows, in the images you generate. We claim no ownership of them. You are responsible for how you use generated images, including making sure they don't infringe anyone else's rights. We use your content only to run the service for you.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@moss-image.app from your account's email address.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
